Tea tree, witch hazel, niacinamide, centella, zinc and salicylic acid. Intimate Foam — 150ml

Chamomile, aloe vera, calendula and peppermint, pH balanced, alcohol and soap free. Cleans gently, calms irritation, and controls odour at the source instead of covering it.

Why the wrong product makes it worse

Soap and shower gel are alkaline — built to strip oil off tough skin. Your face and your intimate area are both more sensitive and more acidic than that, and both rely on that acidity as a barrier.

Strip it daily and you get the whole list: tightness, dryness, irritation, breakouts on the face, and more odour rather than less below. Then the instinct is to scrub harder with something stronger, which makes it worse again.

Two correct products, used once or twice a day, break that loop.

How to use

1. Face wash — warm water, one pump on the brush head, small circles across forehead, nose, cheeks and down the beard line. Rinse, pat dry.
2. Intimate foam — one pump, cleanse gently, no scrubbing. Rinse thoroughly and dry properly; moisture left behind is what bacteria need.

Face wash morning and night. Intimate foam once daily, twice on training days or in peak summer.

Both of these are hygiene products, not treatments. Persistent itching, burning, or discomfort that doesn't clear up is a doctor's job — no wash is the right answer for that, and waiting doesn't help.
