Banana, coconut and carrot extracts build a deep, even golden tan while the SPF slows the burn. That combination matters more than it sounds: burning is what ruins a tan. You go red, you peel, and the colour comes off with the skin. Protected skin stays out long enough for melanin to actually develop, which is why slower tanning goes deeper and lasts longer.

Hair Food — 150ml
Rosemary, argan and jojoba in a leave-in cream. Puts moisture back into sun-stressed hair, tames the frizz that heat and salt cause, and adds light natural hold. No rinsing — it keeps working through the day.

How to use them

1. Tanning oil — generously, on clean dry skin, twenty minutes before you go out. Shoulders, ears, the tops of your feet. Reapply every two hours and after every swim — SPF doesn't survive water.
2. Hair food — into damp hair after you rinse the salt out at the end of the day, or before you go out as a barrier against sun and dry air.

Using the oil sensibly

SPF 20 is moderate protection, not full protection, and Egyptian summer sun is about as strong as sun gets.

• Stay out of direct sun between 11am and 3pm. That's when UV peaks and when nearly all burning happens.
• Build up gradually — several short sessions beat one long one, and the colour is better for it.
• Don't fall asleep in the sun.
• For long exposure or very fair skin, layer a higher SPF over the top or stick to outside peak hours.
• Red, tight or sore skin means a burn is starting. Get out of the sun — pushing through costs you the tan.

Being straight about the hair food

It's a leave-in conditioner and styling cream. It repairs and protects hair that's been dried out by sun and salt, and it prevents the breakage that costs you length. It is not a hair loss treatment — if your hair is thinning from genetics or a medical cause, see a dermatologist.
