Hair Conditioner (300ml)
Coconut, argan and shea butter. Shampoo lifts the outer layer of every hair; conditioner closes it again. Skip this and the hair stays raised, dull and fragile no matter what else you do.
Hair Food (150ml)
Rosemary, argan and jojoba. A leave-in cream that keeps conditioning between washes, with light natural hold. Replaces gel, which holds hair by drying it out — the exact thing you're trying to fix.

Why hair "stops growing"
It doesn't. Growth rate is fixed and you can't change it. What you can change is how much survives.
Damaged hair snaps mid-length and splits at the ends, so you lose from the bottom roughly as fast as you gain from the top. It feels like a growth problem. It's a retention problem, and it's fixable — that's what conditioner and hair food are actually for.
The routine
- Shampoo into the scalp, fingertips not nails. Two minutes, rinse.
- Squeeze the water out, then conditioner through mid-lengths and ends only. Two minutes, rinse cool.
- Hair Food into damp hair for hold and shine.
Wash two to three times a week. Hair food daily. Consistency is what does it — this is a routine, not a treatment.
