Banana, coconut and carrot extracts build a deep, even golden tan while the SPF slows the burn. That's the whole point: burning is what ruins a tan. You go red, you peel, and the colour comes off with the skin. Protected skin can stay out long enough for melanin to actually develop, which is why slower tanning goes deeper and holds longer.

Anti-Dandruff Shampoo — 300ml
Tea tree oil, argan oil and vitamin E. Sulphate free. Clears flakes and calms the scalp at the same time — which is what harsh anti-dandruff shampoos can't do. They clear the flakes and strip the scalp raw, and dry scalp flakes. That loop gets much worse in summer.

How to use them

1. Tanning oil — generously on clean dry skin, twenty minutes before sun. Don't miss shoulders, ears, or the tops of your feet. Reapply every two hours and after every swim. SPF doesn't survive water.
2. Shampoo — massage into the scalp with your fingertips, leave two minutes, rinse well. Two to three times a week, more if you're swimming daily.

Rinse salt and chlorine out the same day. Both sit on the scalp and keep drying it long after you've left the water.

Using the oil sensibly

SPF 20 is moderate protection, not full protection, and Egyptian summer sun is about as strong as it gets.

• Out of direct sun between 11am and 3pm. UV peaks there and that's when almost all burning happens.
• Build up gradually — short sessions across several days beat one long one.
• Don't fall asleep in the sun.
• Long exposure or fair skin — layer a higher SPF on top, or stay out of peak hours.
• Red, tight or sore means a burn is starting. Get out.
