For the hairs that don't listen.

Every beard has them. The one at the corner of the mouth that points sideways. The cheek hairs that lift no matter how many times you press them down. The moustache growing straight into your top lip.

Balm won't hold those. Balm is a conditioner with light hold — it's for the whole beard. Wax is firmer, targeted, and it stays put. This is the product you finish with.

Balm or wax — which do you need?

  • Beard Balm — light-to-medium hold across the whole beard. Conditions all day, tames general frizz, keeps the overall shape.
  • Beard Wax — firmer hold, used on specific spots. The strays, the moustache, the jawline. It goes on last and it doesn't move.

If your beard is generally fine but a few hairs ruin it, you want wax. If the whole beard is unruly, you want balm. Most men with a beard past two months end up using both — balm through everything, wax on the parts that need holding.

What it does

  • Holds where you put it — medium hold that survives a full day, wind, and a car with the window down
  • Tames the strays — the individual hairs that make a good beard look untidy
  • Defines the shape — clean jawline, clean edges, a beard that looks deliberate
  • Shapes the moustache — trains it away from your lip, or twists it if that's your style
  • Conditions while it holds — no stickiness, no crunch, no white residue

The moustache product

A moustache is the hardest part of a beard to control and the part people notice first. It grows downward into your mouth, it catches food and drink, and no oil or balm holds it out of the way.

Wax is what solves it. A small amount worked in from the centre outward trains the hairs sideways instead of down. Do it daily and the moustache learns the direction — after a few weeks it starts sitting right on its own. Use more and you can twist and shape the ends properly.

It also protects the tips, which are the oldest, driest hair on your face and the first place breakage shows.

How to use

  1. Scrape a small amount out with your thumbnail.
  2. Warm it between your fingertips until it softens and turns clear. Don't skip this — cold wax drags and clumps.
  3. Work it into the outer hairs and the areas that need holding, not through the whole beard.
  4. Comb or brush to set the shape and lock it in.

Always after oil or balm, never before. Oil conditions the skin, balm conditions the hair, wax holds the result.

Use less than you think

This is the mistake almost everyone makes. Wax is concentrated — start with an amount the size of a grain of rice and add more only if you need it. Too much makes the beard feel heavy and look greasy, which is a technique problem, not a formula one.

The maths

A 30g tin used properly lasts three to four months. Under 3 EGP a day, and it's the cheapest product in the beard range — the smallest thing you can add to a routine that makes the biggest visible difference.

Complete the routine

Shampoo & Conditioner cleans. Oil conditions the skin underneath. Balm shapes and holds the whole beard. Wax locks the details. Brush spreads it all through and trains the direction. Five steps, two minutes, every morning.

Great quality

Great quality, and not sticky like a stache wax, in fact it’s like the balm with a tad bit of extra hold.
